Miss Peace Australia

Known in the industry and on stage as Erica Olina, she is a multidisciplinary creative professional rooted in three rich cultures, Spanish, Japanese, and Filipino. Her multicultural heritage has shaped her appreciation for different traditions, perspectives, and communities, inspiring her belief that diversity is a source of strength and that our differences can bring us closer together. As Miss Peace Australia 2027, she carries this message of unity, diversity, and cultural understanding onto the international stage.

 

Erica’s pageant journey spans both the Philippines and Australia. She was a Miss Cebu 2011 awardee, receiving the special awards Miss Maybelline New York and Miss LECIT E, and a National Finalist of the Miss Fashion TV Model Awards 2007. She was also a Regional Finalist of Miss Teen Philippines 2008, receiving the Miss Olive C Skin award. Representing Australia, she became a National Finalist of Mrs Universe Australia 2022, receiving the Miss Elegance Beauty Face and Miss Kirska Face awards. In 2024, she achieved 1st Runner Up at Ms. Of Australia, where she was also awarded Australia’s Print Model.

 

Beyond pageantry, Erica is an International Model, Visual Artist, Exhibitor, Performer, and Early Childhood Educator with a multidisciplinary creative background. She holds a Master of Creative Arts in Visual Communication Design from Deakin University, where she received the Deakin University International Scholarship Program, a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from the University of San Carlos, and a Professional Certificate in Leadership and Communication from Harvard University Online, completed with a scholarship. Her creative practice is influenced by her multicultural identity and her passion for diversity, visual storytelling, and cultural expression.

 

Erica’s international modelling and performing career spans Australia, the Philippines, Singapore, and other international markets. Since 2025, she has also been an in-house model for Wesson Boutique, a Melbourne-based luxury fashion house specialising in European luxury brands, where she continues to represent its collections to the present day. She appeared in a Formula 1 commercial campaign in 2016, walked at Milan and Paris Fashion Weeks in September 2024, and later at New York Fashion Week in February 2025, where she was also featured on a Times Square billboard. A lifelong performer, she has sung professionally on stage and performed in theatre from a young age. She also made a featured cameo in Episodes 5 and 6 of the South Korean SBS drama Wonderful Mama (2013), where she appeared as a fashion model in the series’ fashion show and portrayed one of the lead actors’ girlfriends. She later portrayed Nanika, a lead character in the independent film Mui Karaoke: The Trial and Execution of a Goddess and Her Son, which premiered at the Melbourne Underground Film Festival.

 

Beyond her professional achievements, Erica is committed to community service, philanthropy, and volunteerism, supporting children’s charities in Cebu, Philippines, and Melbourne, Australia, alongside her team. As Miss Peace Australia 2027, she hopes to use her multicultural story, creative voice, and international experience to promote peace, diversity, education, empowerment, and cultural understanding, inspiring others to embrace their heritage, celebrate their differences, and build meaningful connections across cultures.
